Returns

We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in excellent condition and within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. To arrange this, please email us at support@secretpantry.ie.

Shipping fees may not always be refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace any product that arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:
Please contact support@secretpantry.ie with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may apply if the returned product is opened, damaged, or incomplete.
