We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

All delivery estimates are business days and may vary slightly during busy periods, customs processing, or public holidays. Orders are shipped tracked and insured via DPD Courier Service.

Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace any product that arrives damaged or defective.
