Discover Anne Rozès' delicious duck foie gras pâté, a traditional speciality from the Basque Country. Made with 30% duck foie gras, pork and poultry liver, it brings together the rich, delicate flavour of foie gras with the heartiness of traditional pâté.
A touch of Basque Country chilli pepper adds a gentle warmth, while a hint of thyme completes the recipe. Crafted with quality ingredients and traditional know-how, it's delicious served on toasted bread as part of an aperitif or as a starter for a special occasion.
Ingredients: Pork (French origin), duck foie gras (30%), poultry liver, salt, sugar, pepper, Basque Country chilli pepper, thyme.
