Anne Rozès' chicken rillettes are a delicious artisan speciality from the Basque Country, made with quality chicken meat and carefully selected ingredients. Slowly cooked to achieve a wonderfully tender, melt-in-the-mouth texture, they are seasoned with AOP Espelette pepper, adding a gentle warmth and distinctive Basque character.
Ingredients: Chicken thigh meat (French origin), duck trimmings, carrots, salt, AOP Espelette pepper (0.4%), pepper.
