Anne Rozès Duck Foie Gras Block is perfect for preparing elegant little toasts to serve as an aperitif. For the best experience, serve on lightly toasted white bread or brioche, allowing the crisp texture to complement the rich, delicate foie gras.
Each 130g block makes approximately ten toasts, making it ideal for sharing with friends or serving on a special occasion. Made with duck foie gras from well-raised ducks in south-western France, it brings a touch of French indulgence to any table.
